Then there's the problem with the "burn out". I have a couple of work out videos I've been doing, and the truth is, I'm already tired of them. I need to invest in a couple more, I'm sure, but I can't find what I want in the store, and online it's hard to find too so . . . *sigh*.
I know that working out is the most important thing I can do - even more so than the eating. But I just can't seem to get with it this week. Yeah, I know I know . . . "just do it" . . . that kind of thing, but it's not as easy as it sounds! Really!
I need to figure out a way to get moving . . .

I hear ya on this one! My biggest struggle is working out; I know I should be doing it and that I know that if I work out, it will make eating easier because I can have a little more freedom but I still struggle getting on that treadmill. One of my 40 before 40 goals is to walk 4 days a week for 3 months on the treadmill (with the hopes this will make it a habit) I get so worked up about this that it takes me forever to start since I'm afraid I will fail! Instead i need to just start so I have plenty of time tos tart over and still accomplish this before I turn 40!!
I hear you too. It's been almost torture (lol) to keep walking this week as it has been hot and muggy.
So you took a couple of days off? You needed to for your ankle's sake. You will get back to it. Just do it - ha! That's what I really want to hear from some cheery person when I do not feel like exercising (lol). Have you ever tried Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds DVD's. They are actually more challenging than you think - especially if you buy the exercise belt to go with it (I highly recommend it). Plus you need to trick your body so it doesn't know what you're up to - maybe your body is telling your mind that you are bored.
Oh, I feel you. Burnout stinks...and it being crazy hot does not help the situation.
Hi, thanks for following my blog today. I'm trying some new hops today so I can meet some new people. I'm following you now - thanks!

I liked your comment about the CSN Dutch Ovens on my post. I usually ask for Circulon cookware or other "expensive" things I'd never buy for myself unless it was on clearance. I got my saucepan last year and LOVE it!
